If one has a sudden change in thoughts, change in religious beliefs, change in emotions, change in creativity, change in judgment or understanding, getting angry for no reason, spending more than one can afford, repeating the same thoughts over and over again, thinking about past failures, ablution, more water in the bath. Consuming or taking too much time, he is considered to be suffering from mental illness.
As a result of behavioral changes, if his normal activities are disrupted, there is irregularity in work, there is a change in diet and sleep, there is a disruption in association with people, social and professional harm is caused, then he is considered to be suffering from mental illness.
Practical changes of the person, if the surrounding people suffer or the affected person suffers, then it should be understood that he is suffering from mental illness.
